We now have two completely new bathrooms: walls and ceilings replaced, floors levelled, porcelain tiles to ceiling level and around the windows. Two new windows in main bathroom. All new fittings, including custom-made vanities, and a walk-in shower in the main bathroom, ceiling fans and even a heated towel rail. In addition, new porcelain tiles to kitchen and entry hall, and a printed glass splashback for the kitchen. A complex and lengthy job, and not without a few hitches typical of any such project. However, the results are simply superb. We couldn't be happier with our new rooms, which are just exactly what we wanted. Duncan, Sarah and Rochelle were a joy to work with, and stayed calm and most helpful whatever the circumstances. Duncan's "boys", Rob and Daniel obviously take pride in their work, as do the plumbers, electricians and tilers. The painters, Jim and Justin, were an absolute delight, and the cleaners, Irene and Kelly a most welcome and necessary conclusion to the project. The workmanship is first-rate, and we've never seen better. In particular the narrowest of tile gaps and silicone finish to all the edges, makes the whole effect one of total class. If you want a quality renovation with proper project management at a very reasonable price (we got three quotes), you can't go past DNA bathrooms.
DNA Bathrooms did a complete bathroom renovation for us and we could not be happier. Not only do we now have an amazing bathroom, but the whole experience was a smooth and pain free as you could ever hope for. Duncan's quote was by far the most detailed we received (and we got a lot of quotes), which showed that he really listened to what we wanted, and gave us peace of mind we weren't going to get any nasty surprises. Duncan patiently re-quoted a number of times when we couldn't make up our mind, and more importantly delivered on time and on budget. Duncan communicated exactly what work would be done when, and how much noise to expect, so I could cater for our toddlers nap time. I knew exactly where the renovation was at everyday and the DNA team worked tirelessly to make sure the impact on our household was minimal. Every night they put everything away and swept up after them so we could use our common areas as normal. We have since managed to get the DNA team to do a few other jobs around the house because I can't imagine anyone else as good (and particular) as Duncan and his team. We can't recommend DNA Bathrooms more highly.
